Those supa adorable dresses and leggings are from Cooper & Hadley (and their sweet momma Mary Kate) I love them!! Lucy looked a here shirt and said, :"L is for Lucy!" So I asked her what the P on Penny's shirt was for and she said, "Poopoo."
By the way, Penny said "stinky" this morning while I was changing her diaper. Her 4th word was stinky. Eh.
